They eager to focus only on Ruby on Rails and are ready to do a free piloting project for you. They have from 3 to 6 months experience in Ruby on Rails and profound theoretical knowledge. Currently they work at a small Ruby project, but are interested in working at a long-term project.

Being senior people in PHP they have a lot of experience with:

- Web servers, HTTP/REST, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.

- They have experience with MVC Frameworks;

- Great experience in Architecture Development, Object-oriented programming, patterns, etc;

- Strong experience in project specification, assisting in composing feature plan, consulting, and technical documentation development

- Know how work efficiently at software development project;

- Know best practices and how to benefit using them;

- Have experience in Scrum, waterfall

- Taking part in opensource project, exploring best examples of OSS, using Linux/FreeBSD both on desktop and server appliance.

The team of developers is supposed to work remotely under your managerial control from our office in Ukraine, Kharkov.
